| Synchronizing And Speed
Picking Explanation in English language by Stefan Buschhausen
| In my video I speak my native language, therefore I made this page in English language. | ||||
| The goal of my exercises is to improve the synchronisation of both hands for your guitar-playing. | ||||

| First
we play the open g string
with a downstroke. As soon as we hear the tone we prepare the next tone
(g#), left hand by putting the index finger on the I. fret, right hand
by touching the g string with the pick in upstroke direction.
This has to happen very quickly, but then we relax a little... O.K. , the break is over: Now we play the prepared g# with an upstroke. As soon as we hear the tone we prepare the next tone (g), left hand by taking the index finger up, right hand by touching the g string with the pick in downstroke direction. This has to happen very quickly again. After a little break we play our open g string and so on... Please take good care that you keep the pick not too firmly but as loose as usual when you play this exercise. If you are familar with our first exercise you can start with the exercise shown in the next line.
